As a Content Strategist for The Reserve Beach Club & Restaurant, I was responsible for proposing the identity of the brand's voice to its audience. I designed the communication pillars, frequency of publications, formats, hashtags and KPIs. I worked closely with designer and photographer to trasmit the idea and look and feel of the content. Additionally, I developed and executed campaigns to engage our audience and increase our reach. I also analyzed the performance of our social media platforms to identify areas of improvement and adjust our strategy accordingly.
